PAYMENT
Orders can be placed on line or by post. Full payment is required when placing an order. Please make cheques payable to 'Stitchworx'. We accept credit cards through our secure Paypal payment gateway:

PRICING
Stitchworx reserves the right to change, without notice, any pricing in the case of error or in the case of manufacturers increasing cost of materials.

DELIVERY
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receiving cleared funds, subject to availability, however please allow up to 14 days for actual delivery. If your order is urgent, just let us know by e-mailing shop@stitchworx.com and we'll do our best to meet your needs. Full payment is required when placing an order. Items are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery within the UK which requires a signature on delivery. We do not take responsibility for late or non delivery due to factors outside our control. European and international orders will be sent by standard post with the option of insurance.

POSTAGE & PACKING
For the UK we sent all items recorded delivery.
For all EU destinations we sent items by standard post with the option of insurance.
For all International orders we sent items by standard post with the option of insurance.

RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from Stitchworx. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you may return the goods within 7 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, less deductions for P&P. Damaged or incomplete orders must be notified to us within three days; no responsibility can be accepted after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights. The goods must be returned in the original condition, with proof of purchase. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Colinette Yarns are hand dyed and it is therefore quite usual to find some colour variation within hanks of the same colourway. To achieve an even colour effect over the garment, it is essential to work with more than one hank at a time.

Stitchworx comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1988. The information given to us at the time of ordering will used by Stitchworx only, and will not be distributed to any other companies or individuals.
